Alexa breaks down the process & helps you understand everything that is going on from start to finish. I personally asked a hundred questions via phone calls, texts & emails and Alexa would answer them right away. The high level of communication and responsiveness was amazing. Every issue we encountered Alexa would provide multiple solutions to assist me and my end game. I'm sure other realtors would have been annoyed with all the questions I asked.
